$450 for a comprehensive home inspection and detailed report
For homes over 3000 ft. an additional $100 is added on to the inspection for each additional 1000 ft.
In-home apartments and in-law suites are an additional $50
$400 for Condo’s and Mobile Homes (under 1000 ft)
Multi-Unit:
$500 for up to two Units – $100 per each additional unit beyond 2 units
